The Takatef Board of Directors approves special plans — under the dedicated supervision of the Executive Council — for investing in youth energies, developing cadres and supporting them with the latest modern methods, helping them build their skills and abilities to work and laying future foundations for young people. These include rehabilitation and development programmes for senior and professional categories holding specialised certificates.

Our vision places a priority on providing job opportunities for young people and helping them develop their skills through training courses and programmes inside or outside their countries — opening the door to global scientific integration and exchange.

We have a specialised team for managing and qualifying young cadres.
